A Study On The Transformation Of Industrial Heritage Into Urban Public Space

Industrial heritage is a valuable resource in the construction of urban renewal,which is of great significance to the development of the city.It is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of the city by reshaping the industrial heritage,highlighting the urban historical and cultural factors and the urban individual characteristics.In the large pattern of urban structural adjustment,Suzhou and even the domestic industrial heritage transformation,there are all kinds of problems.For example,the face of the current situation,the need to explore the new industrial heritage development direction for urban construction services.The public space of the industrial heritage transformation model not only focus on the city "hard environment" construction,more attention to the city "soft environment" development,public space transformation of industrial heritage history and culture and public life atmosphere integration.The combination of material level and spiritual level,while promoting the cohesion of society at the same time as revitalizing the old industrial area of the city,is an important part of enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of the city.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the exploration and research on the related problems of industrial space reconstruction.The paper first introduces the related concepts,research purpose and significance of the commercialization of public space.Secondly,based on the domestic and foreign theoretical research,the present situation of Suzhou industrial heritage transformation is elaborated.By comparing the transformation of the industrial heritage of outstanding cases abroad,founding the Industrial Heritage Preservation issues of Suzhou and the necessity and feasibility of using and developing the public space industrialized industrial transformation model in Suzhou.And then through the selection of Taohuawu Creative Park,"Gusu 69 Court" Cultural and Creative Industrial Park,Sulun field three cases,respectively,to analyze the degree of public space transformation,in order to demonstrate the industrial space of the greater degree of public space.The positive impact of the industrial heritage on the regeneration of the industrial heritage,the development of the old industrial area of the city,and the renewal of the urban renewal of the urban area have an important development value.Through the above research and demonstration,this paper constructs the great strategy of industrial heritage transformation in Suzhou,puts forward the main problems that need to be considered in the strategy analysis,and the concrete application of the characteristics,space and function of the industrial heritage in the transformation Strategy.On the basis of the suggestion that the commercialization of public space should be taken into account in the development of urban regional construction and development.It will be integrated into the industrial space of urban public recreation space system,and put forward the construction of industrial heritage tourist routes with Suzhou characteristics Ideas and strategies.Through the above analysis,it will provide reference and guidance for the spatial reconstruction of the old Suzhou industrial area and the regional development of the city.
