GMA mixture is composed of the high content of high viscous asphalt mixture,high content of mineral powder,high content of fine aggregate and relatively small number of coarse aggregate,which is mixed in the superheated temperature(220??240?)for a long time,and paving when flowing from forming the void fraction of less than 1%.At present,there are two kinds of asphalt mixture in the world,which are divided into GA mixture and MA mixture,and there is a big difference in gradation type,mix design method and construction technology.GMA mixture has the advantages of GA mixture construction technology and the advantages of MA mixture structure stability,which is the mixture of GA mixture to produce MA mixture.GMA mixture will be used for the first time in Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Deck Pavement engineering.This paper based on the analysis on steel bridges at home and abroad of Gussasphalt mixture surfacing on the research results,the technological characteristics as the breakthrough point,experimental study on GMA mixture performance of steel deck pavement materials in hzmb.First of all,with the reference of GA mixture and MA mixture ratio design method of GMA mixture proportioning design method is put forward:the first stage of ME mix design,determine the ME gradation and the optimum asphalt content of soluble;the second stage GMA mix design,the optimized content of coarse aggregate.GMA mixture ratio design of the best mixture ratio of A material:B material:C material:12:26:16:46 powder,soluble asphalt content of 15%,coarse aggregate content of 50%.Secondly,based on GMA mixture gradation optimization as the foundation,by changing the mixing time and the way of feeding,the influence of processing parameters on ME performance,experimental results show that with increasing the mixing time,the thermal stability of ME increased gradually,while the low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance decreased gradually.By changing the mixing temperature and mixing time,researched the process characteristics of GMA mixture performance,experimental results show that with increasing mixing temperature or the mixing time,the high temperature stability of GMA mixture gradually increased,while the low temperature cracking resistance and fatigue resistance decreased gradually;under the premise of ensuring liquidity and fatigue properties of GMA the mixture,to maximize the high temperature stability principle,selected the best indoor mixing process of GMA mixture,mixing temperature of 220?,the mixing time is 120min.Finally,based on the experimental results,the GMA mixture paving test section,relationship,research on GMA mixture performance with COOKER transporter in the mixing time.The results show that the GMA mixing time in COOKER transport vehicles should be controlled at 105min?193min,in order to ensure the performance of GMA mixture well,the construction site should be based on the rational planning of mixing station location.
