In the steel deck pavement,Gussasphalt because of its good water resistance,anti-aging ability,anti-fatigue ability,to adapt to the deformation of the bridge deck,in recent years has been widely used.Gussasphalt in Europe,Japan and other countries generally had a good application.When the Gussasphalt was jumped into the country,the road is mainly rutting and cracking.As China's traffic load overload,climate and other conditions of the complex,so that the difficulty of steel deck pavement becomes more prominent.In this paper,the variability analysis of the fluidity,high temperature stability(Lueer fluidity,porosity,penetration and increment of pouring)of Gussasphalt was carried out by using the uniform orthogonal design test method.In improving the high temperature stability of Gussasphalt,it needs to meet the construction of the mobility and low temperature performance.The main test conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)A series of performance analysis and comparison of asphalt were used to select TLA modified asphalt and SBS composite modified asphalt with 60%asphalt binder.(2)Using the method of uniform orthogonal test with nine groups of Gussasphalt,the Lueer test,penetration and incremental test,porosity test.The optimum gradation(rough aggregate:fine aggregate=48.25:29.25:22.5)and the best ratio of asphalt(9.7%)were determined.The ratio reached the relevant technical requirements at home and abroad.(3)Not only in the design of the introduction of Lueer mobility,penetration and increment,porosity,and the use of uniform orthogonal design test on the impact of factors analysis,analysis of its technical indicators,but also in the road performance verification in the introduction of Hamburg Rutting test and porosity test to detect the high temperature performance and water loss resistance of Gussasphalt.The results show that the properties of the mixture do not lead to an imbalance in the case,its high temperature performance has been greatly improved.
