The pavement of orthotropic steel bridge deck has always been the focus and difficulty in the problem of bridge deck pavement.In recent years,the ERS pavement system independently developed by Chinese engineers has attracted extensive attention.This pavement system has the advantages of simple construction,easy access to materials,excellent road performance and durability,and simple maintenance.However,the parameters of the structural layer are mostly determined according to the experience and construction examples,and the relevant research focuses on the summary of the construction technology,lacking the theoretical analysis of the structure.In order to study the parameter design concept and method of ERS pavement system,this paper verifies the technical performance of ERS pavement materials and the road performance of asphalt mixture through the road material test.At the same time,in this paper,the method of finite element simulation is used to simulate the loading calculation of ERS pavement,and data processing means such as regression analysis,orthogonal test are used to analyze the design parameters of ERS pavement,which provides a reference and theoretical support for the structural design of pavement system.The main research work of this paper includes:(1)The technical performance of ERS pavement system is tested by the method of road material test.Which is combined with the new specification of steel deck pavement“Design and Construction Technical Specification for Highway Steel Deck Pavement(JTG t3364-02-2019)”.Mix proportion design of asphalt mixture used in each layer of ERS pavement system is carried out,and its high and low temperature performance,water stability and other road performance are verified.(2)Based on the investigation and analysis of the operation condition and disease of the real bridge pavement,seven control indexes are proposed:maximum tensile strain of RA05layer topε1,maximum tensile strain of SMA13 layer topε2,maximum interlaminar shear stress of interface Iτ1,maximum interlaminar shear stress of interfaceⅢτ2,maximum mises stress at the joint of longitudinal rib and steel roof S1,maximum mises stress at the joint of longitudinal rib and diaphragm S2,maximum mises stress in the through welding hole of diaphragm S3.Five design parameters are selected according to the actual design and construction situation:thickness of RA05 layer hR,thickness of SMA13 layer hS,elastic modulus of RA05 layer ER,elastic modulus of SMA13 layer ES and thickness of steel roof dS.(3)ABAQUS is used to establish the local beam model of steel bridge deck pavement,and the validity of the model is verified by comparing the simulation calculation value with the actual load value of the bridge.According to the wheel load size and steel box girder structure,three and nine load positions are selected respectively in the transverse and longitudinal direction,and the most unfavorable load position is selected through the load calculation value,and the stress characteristics of each control index are analyzed.(4)The calculation is carried out when the wheel load applied at the most unfavorable load position in the numerical model of ERS pavement system,and the value of each control index under different design parameters is obtained.Regression analysis is used as data processing method to analyze the design parameters of ERS pavement structure with single parameter;Orthogonal test method is used to analyze the multi parameter comprehensive analysis of ERS pavement structure based on the fitting function relationship in single parameter analysis,and the multi parameter regression equation between each control index and design parameters is obtained.At the same time,the coefficient of regression equation is standardized,the importance of each design parameter is analyzed,and finally the key control indicators are selected by comparison,and the cost and self-weight of pavement layer are taken as the benchmark to provide guidance and suggestions for the design of ERS pavement system.
