Study On Risk Management Of Expressway Project In Western Mountain Area

The expressway project in the western mountainous area is a complex system engineering,which has the characteristics of large investment,long construction period,complex construction environment and high quality requirements.In the implementation of such projects,there are usually a number of project participants,which requires the management level must be improved.In the project,the project internal conditions and external environment is changing constantly,so the project always faces many uncertainties,these risk factors from the project until the operation stage has always existed,but as the project progresses,these risk factors is changing,this is a the big challenge of highway project risk management,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,to ensure that the five major objectives of construction projects to meet the requirements of the western mountain highway project risk management is particularly important.This paper mainly studies the risk management of expressway project in western mountainous area.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part.Firstly,it introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of this paper,then introduces the general situation of risk management research at home and abroad and the structure of this paper.The second chapter and the third chapter first introduce the basic knowledge system of risk,and then introduce the concept,characteristics and classification of expressway project risk in the western mountainous area.The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper,mainly introduces the analysis process of highway projects in the western mountainous area of the highway project risk analysis process,risk: risk identification,risk estimation,risk assessment,risk response,this chapter introduces the concept of each step of the risk analysis,the application of every step of the way,and the theoretical model of project risk evaluation in this chapter is the next chapter Expressway of Chongqing H project risk analysis and calculation of the foundation.The fifth chapter mainly in Expressway of Chongqing H project as an example,firstly introduces the general situation of the project,and then according to the risk analysis procedures,to identify the risk factors in the project risk evaluation index system;using the theoretical model of risk analysis in Chapter fourth,the use of AHP for risk factors evaluation,get the result of risk Chongqing H evaluation of expressway project,to identify the risk factors for the importance,proved the validity of the model,then the risk assessment results of a specific analysis and put forward the risk countermeasures.This paper combines the research results of domestic and foreign risk management of highway project,the theory and practice from the highway project in the western mountainous areas of risk management the two part of the study,provides a complete theoretical analysis steps and model for highway projects in the western mountainous area of risk management,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the research on the risk management of China's western mountain highway project personnel,so as to promote the continuous improvement and perfection of China's western mountain highway project risk management.
