Based on the comparative analysis of some faults of HXN3 locomotive in China and the targeted measures adopted in this paper,Taking the failure of the HXN3 locomotive in the daily use of the Tongliao Locomotive Section of Shenyang Railway Group Corporation as the research object.Combined with the daily locomotive maintenance and maintenance status of Tongliao Locomotive Section,The fault improvement scheme of HXN3 locomotive,including improvement of process scope,technical measures and prevention of additional testing equipment,was proposed.First of all,using the main and secondary graph method,the paper quantitatively analyzed the 13 kinds of faults of HXN3 locomotive,and determined the 7 kinds of common faults of HXN3 locomotive.Secondly,the fault data of these 7 HXN3 locomotives are analyzed by the method of fault mode,impact and hazard analysis(FMECA),Including the common fault causes,fault effects,preventive measures,detection methods,etc.,and then based on the fault severity and failure mode hazard,the HXN3 locomotive common fault hazard matrix was drawn.Based on the analysis results of the seven common faults of the HXN3 locomotive,the weak points in the HXN3 locomotive process range,the parts in the locomotive parts to be perfected,and the testing equipment urgently need to be added.It was determined that replacement # 1,# 9 cylinder T-tube installation bolts in C3 inspecion,Check the traction motor's large wire sheath and install protective panels in C1-C3 inspection,To standardize the CAN line of locomotive.Three points of improvement of the process range in C1-C3 inspecion;Four technical measures have been adopted for ATP solenoid valve coil plastic treatment,ATP solenoid valve coil installation anti-gearing rubber ring,air compressor air ducts anti-cold treatment,and electric flock-proof filter net installation.Added four detection and prevention methods: microresistor measuring instrument,automatic suppression equipment,wind speed measuring instrument,and locomotive data analysis platform.Finally,a time before and after the adoption of the improvement measures to track the fault data to verify the effectiveness of the improvement measures,and then to improve the HXN3 locomotive maintenance quality,reduce the HXN3 locomotive failure rate.
