In order to solve the contradiction, we need to study it and maximize the transport capacity. From the view of maintenance system, this dissertation studies the North Houma Locomotive Depot, research on the method of improving the transportation efficiency.As the starting point that in order to improve the utilization efficiency of the freight locomotive, according to the actual situation of Houma north of the depot, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, to comprehensive evaluation of various crew system of locomotive crew, with quantifiable data provides a mathematical support for decision-making preferred crew system. The attendant locomotive manipulation skills in the use of a great impact on the efficiency of locomotive, the paper establishes a fuel consumption model that to objectively reflect the locomotive crew operating level, and the analysis of locomotive crew to improve operation level basis, to improve the flight attendant. According to the change of operation mode, paper study on the way of locomotive overhaul and maintenance, help the North Houma locomotive depot into stereo operation system, building a modern service center. The parts maintenance can be carried out simultaneously without mutual interference, shorten the locomotive repair stopping time, improves the operating efficiency of locomotive. Help building the modern ground Readiness Center which matched with crew system, to achieve the work such as locomotive inspection, maintenance, function test of professional and meticulous, to ensure the good quality of locomotive. |
