Application Of BIM Technology In The Underground Road Construction Stage Of Qianhai Lin Hai Road

Since twentieth Century,the planning,design and construction of underground ro ads have begun around the world to meet the increasing demand for vehicle travel in ci ties.However,compared with traditional road surface,the underground road is lack of collaborative design and frequent changes in design.In the construction stage,investm ent,progress,quality and safety management problems are frequent.In recent years,BI M technology has developed rapidly in China.The development of this technology pro vides strong technical support for improving the development and construction of unde rground roads and the management of later operation and maintenance,and greatly imp roves the effectiveness of technology,cost and progress management in project manag ement.This paper mainly studies the application of BIM technology in the underground road project management through the methods of literature research,investigation and analysis,case analysis and empirical research.First of all,by expounding the concept and core value of BIM technology and combing the successful application experience of relevant application software and BIM t echnology in domestic and foreign related projects,the application value of its applicat ion in the design and construction stages is highlighted;at the same time,the developm ent status of the domestic underground roads and the difficulties in the management of underground road projects are expounded,and the present underground roads are point ed out.On the basis of the problem of project management,this paper further analyzes and summarizes the technical advantages of the BIM underground road project manage ment and analyzes the application obstacles of BIM technology in the underground roa d project.At the same time,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for th e application of BIM technology in the underground road project management.As an e xample of this practical project,the practical application of BIM technology in Lin Hai road is combed,and the application of BIM technology in the design and construction stages of the underground road is summarized and analyzed.This paper combines theoretical research with practical application,connects engi neering examples,and discusses the application of BIM technology in underground roa d project management,so as to visualized and visualized the advantages and characteri stics of the application of BIM technology.Through the discussion of this paper,it is found that BIM has many positive effect s on the quality and investment management of underground roads.Optimize the plann ing and design process to improve the design quality.Improve the management level of the construction and reduce the waste of resources.This paper demonstrates the great application value of BIM technology in the construction and management of undergrou nd roads through engineering examples,and provides ideas and processes for the use o f BIM in underground roads.However,the application of BIM technology in the munic ipal projects is in the early stage,and it also lacks the corresponding technical standard s.It also needs more domestic and foreign scholars to explore and improve it in the fut ure.
