| With the continuous development of information technology,all industries are actively exploring a new model of intelligent management.Based on the needs of management and business,D company actively explores the construction of Smart Enterprise which can realize Smart Management.This paper is based on the project management problems encountered in the implementation of Smart Project business unit under Smart Enterprise in D company.The plan of D Company for the Smart Project information system is as follows:various business data in the construction of hydropower projects,focusing on solving problems in the process of hydropower project management.Optimize the operation modes and methods of each link of the project management,determine the individual management method suitable for the construction of hydropower projects,organize,control,and adjust the overall resources of the hydropower project,so as to improve the efficiency of project management.Comparing with traditional information system,Smart Project information system highlights the Smart,and its ultimate goal is to achieve the automatic management ability of Automatic Anticipation,Independent Decision-making and Self-evolution.Progress delay caused by demand changes in information systems is one of the most top concern in the industry.As the construction of hydropower projects is affected by weather,water flow,geology and other related factors,there are many uncertain factors in site management.The requirements for the use of the project management information system of hydropower stations are constantly changing and have strong time limit to better adapt to the needs of physical engineering construction.In the information system in the early stage,there are varying degrees of project delays.In order to do a good job in other information system under construction and improve the projects to be built in the later stage,it is necessary to find a more suitable information system construction project management for D Company.It can enable research and development(R&D)personnel to better analyze requirements,improve management,and smooth the development process in the process of system construction,better respond to changes in requirements,and improve the efficiency of system R&D.Some studies have pointed out that the success rate of using agile model to develop information system is higher than that of using waterfall model.This study based on the progress management problems existing in the information system development of D Company in the early stage,and analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of mechanism,process,communication,planning,management and control.And proposed solutions,that is,based on project management ideas of Prince2,using Scrum Agile Model plus Prototype Model to optimize the traditional Waterfall Model.The optimized model is supplemented by tools such as Project,Kanban and Burndown Chart,which improves the organizational structure,process,plan,communication management and other aspects.Improve the information system of D company in terms of team management,demand management,communication management,schedule management,and prove the improvement effect with practice.In the overall effect of the project,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate,which also achieved the desired effect.Finally,the precautions for the used of the optimized model,which can provide a reference method for the successful construction of the subsequent information system. |
