Analysis Of The Maturity Of Shenyang Modem Construction Industry Cluster

Shenyang began to promote the development of modern building industry Since 2009,it has become a exemplary city of national Modern architecture Industrialization,the modern construction industry has made rapid development.And gradually,it has formed a modern architectural industrial space with the core of the TieXi Modern Architecture Industrial Park,the FaKu Gallery Ceramics Industrial Park,the HunNan Modern Architecture Industrial Park,the ShenBei and YaTai Industrial Park and other common development of the modern architecture industry spatial pattern.The agglomeration characteristics are obvious.However,it is urgent to get answers if there is a modern construction industry cluster,if it is a moden construction industry cluster,what kind of development level it is.First of all,this paper makes a cluster identification of the modern construction industry in Shenyang,and analyzes the identification results.Secondly,according to cluster theory and Maturity model analysis,combined with the characteristics of modern construction industry,build out a 4-dimensional 5-level model of modern building industry cluster maturity,The five levels are "budding stage","growth stage","semi-mature stage","mature stage","optimization stage".Then,according to the principle of selection of indicators,selection of indicators based on the formation of "modern building industry cluster maturity evaluation index system",and explain the indicators;Next,we choose the network analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight,and using the extreme value method to deal with the indicators,geting the maturity score of the modern construction industry cluster in Shenyang,determine the maturity level of the modern construction industry cluster in Shenyang,From the network organization,social government support,human resources and learning innovation analysis.Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development modern construction industry of Shenyang.The results show:the moden construction industry in Shenyang has shown the trend of specialization and formed a moden construction industry cluster;its maturity level is in the semi-mature stage;the development speed of Shenyang modern construction industry cluster and the quality of the staff,the cluster brand awareness.The advantages are obvious,and the government in the financial,land and other areas to provide a greater support.By Shenyang modern construction industry and Jiangsu Nantong building cluster,Guangdong Foshan building cluster and other domestic development of better clusters of contrast,find Its development began relatively late,But the cluster in the development of speed and other aspects of the performance of a strong competitive potential.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from network organization,social government support,human resources and learning innovation.
