As the development direction of China’s construction industry in the future,modern architecture industry has different levels of development and practice and makes some achievements across China in recent years.Facing the increasingly intense human resources,the environmental pollution which urgently needs to improve,and upstream industry which urgently needs to realize reform,further development and growth of modern construction industry is imminent.Modern architecture industry chain is the transmission link of material transfer,information communication and value-added.Whether policy regulation or market changes,the whole industry chain needs to self adjustment to ensure the steady development of the industry.The stability of the modern construction industry chain is the key problem which affects the development and operation of the industrial chain,and it reflects the ability of the industrial chain to self-defense,self-adjusting and self-repairing.Study on the stability of industrial chain has great significance of further development of modern construction industry chain.Firstly,based on the full reading literature and making well-designed studies of achievements,this paper introduces the theories of symbiosis,cooperation,industrial coupling into the research of modern construction industry chain to analysis the internal link mechanism and the stable operating conditions of the modern construction industry chain.At the same time,the Stakelberg game model is used to study and analyze the market competition behaviors of enterprises of different sizes in the modern construction industry chain in Shenyang City.All of this lay a good theoretical foundation of research on the stability of industrial chain.Secondly,this paper systematically reviews the development process of the modern construction industry in Shenyang,analyzes the development status of the research and development,design,production,transportation,construction and other aspects of Shenyang modern architecture industry chain.lt also summaries the existing problems in the development of modern construction industry chain in Shenyang City.All the above lay a fact foundation for the evaluation of the stability of the modern construction industry chain.Again,The paper establishes index system from industry chain related subjects,operation of industrial chain system and external environment of industry chain system based on the Symbiosis theory.By using the method of frequency statistics and cluster analysis,filling and screening of indicators are completed.According to the characteristics of the index system,the paper chooses AHP to determine the weight of the index system,uses the method of expert investigation and the linear membership function to quantitative different indexes.Evaluation results of the stability of the modern construction industry chain in Shenyang city can be obtained by using established evaluation model.Finally,this paper introduces the DPSIR model to have a further analysis of the stability of the modern construction industry chain in Shenyang city.The model analysis it from driving force,pressure,state,influence and response,reflects the dynamic regulating process of Shenyang modern building industry chain stability.On the basis of the analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the modern construction industry chain in Shenyang.
