The main industries of Wuyang Entrepreneurial Park of Nanchang Xiaolan Economy Development Zone are cables, agricultural machinery and garment manufacturing. The park is focusing on the supporting industries of Nanchang Xiaolan Economy Development Zone, with an integrated industrial area of residence,business office and other functions of Wuyang. The park is named entrepreneurial park since it is mainly constructed to provide a entrepreneurial platform for small and medium-sized enterprises. In fact it is a typical industrial park. Currently, Wuyang Entrepreneurial Park has made some achievements. However there are still some issues in Wuyang Entrepreneurial Park in the initial stage,for it is established for a short time and its construction is still in the exploratory stage of development. The construction of industrial park is a complicated system engineering, and it is needed to strengthen the top-level design and overall planning. So it is the urgent need to solve the problem of applying relevant theories and experience for reference to analyze the problems of Wuyang Entrepreneurial Park systematically and explore the corresponding countermeasures to guide the development of Wuyang Entrepreneurial Park in the future better.We mainly use literature research method and system integrated analysis research method, and analyze the problems of Wuyang Entrepreneurial Park systematically by applying the related theories of industrial cluster, ecological construction and community construction. Secondly, we do some researches of Wuyang Entrepreneurial Park by using literature research, on-the-spot investigation, interview investigation and other research methods, and we compare some aspects of Wuyang Entrepreneurial Park with Ying Tan technological Industrial Development Zone and Suzhou Industrial Park.Based on above, we reveal some problems of Wuyang Entrepreneurial Park in the construction and development, and then we put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The main conclusions are:1. we compare some aspects of Wuyang Entrepreneurial Park with some advanced industrial park by using some related theories. Base on above, we reveal some problems of Wuyang Entrepreneurial Park as follows: Firstly, the level of industrial clusters: admission enterprises are mostly small and medium enterprises, inline with the park position, but lack of required technical and financial strength in innovation. At present, the industrial park chain is short, the cluster effect is not enough, but with a high degree of industrial clusters with surrounding industrial; The situation of land is scattered, not conducive to the development of industrial parks, so it is need to integrate. Secondly, the level of ecological constructions: eco-building technical support system and industrial ecological net is weak. Thirdly, the level of community construction: current situation of living and educational environment needs to be improved; Personnel training and professional quality to be improved; the task of land acquisition and resettlement work are arduous; we need to pay attention to social stability risk; tourism culture has not been well developed.2. We put forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to better guide the future development of Wuyang Entrepreneurial Park: Firstly, the level of industrial clusters: Relying on Nanchang Xiaolan Economy Development Zone, to extend the industrial chain to Wuyang and form industrial clusters; promote industrial investment vigorously, enhance the project construction and the development of enterprises, build industry clusters; supporting platform, accelerate the construction of innovation system; to provide land and financial security. Secondly, the level of ecological constructions: build the thorough park information sharing platform; full implementation of cleaner production and eco-building technical support system;build industrial ecological net among enterprises. Thirdly, the level of community construction: improve administrative services; enhance community services.
