In recent years,with the increase of people's economic income and living standards,their demand for consolatory rooms has also rapidly increased.At present,the investment in the construction industry in the market has gradually increased,which has also led to the development of the building decoration industry.The number of competitors in this industry has also remained relatively large.In the development process,some excellent architectural decoration companies have been dead quietly.In the face of fierce competition,building and decoration companies need to work hard at the marketing level,especially marketing channels.How to go deep into the company's implementation of a scientific marketing channel strategy and better complete the operation of the channel,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the development of the company.This paper mainly analyzes the current development trend of the architectural decoration industry through the method of data collection and the existing marketing channel information of TSC,and proposes the shortages of existing marketing channels of TSC.The deficiency of Tengsheng's marketing channels is mainly reflected in these dimensions: the design of marketing channel structure is single,and the positioning of marketing channels is inaccurate,and incentives are lacking.Marketing safeguards are mainly organizational guarantees,personnel protection,professional protection,and brand culture construction.Further,this article mainly uses the environmental analysis method,PEST analysis method and the Five Forces model to analyze and find out the problems existing in the marketing channel of TSC.And put forward reasonable improvement measures for the problems existing in the current marketing channels as following:System optimization and integration: First,the optimization of marketing channels,mainly through the expansion of the original marketing channels,the choice of a variety of marketing models and extended marketing channels;The second is to expand network marketing,network marketing can facilitate user selection and save user costs;The third is to select excellent marketing staff from marketing staff capabilities,marketing strategies and marketing concepts;The fourth is to further improve marketing incentives.Marketing safeguards are mainly organizational guarantees,personnel protection,professional protection,and brand culture construction.The first is organizational guarantees: Firstly,the protection of the sales team;Secondary,is the support of the assessment system;Thirdly is the detailed responsibilities of personnel positions;Followed by personnel protection: In the priority ranking of personnel,the focus is first to improve the quality of marketing staff,and then the cultivation of innovative talents in Shizhong City,optimizing the environment for talent development,and then ensure that the talent team to become professional and market-oriented.And then,it is to follow up on the staff's skills learning situation and formulate corresponding training courses according to needs.The form can be varied.Finally,Teng Sheng Company should pay more attention to the construction of brand culture to grasp the advantages of its own cultural brand to seize the market.The construction of the company's brand mainly focuses on two aspects: one is the improvement of the company's cultural construction platform;the other is the need to actively propagate the company's culture.
