| With the development after the reform and opening up,China’s national economy has developed rapidly,and the new generation of information technology industry has also achieved great development and progress.The new generation of information technology is one of the seven strategic emerging industries identified by the state council,and the concept of Internet of vehicles is derived from the Internet of things.In the field of vehicle transportation,the Internet of vehicles,as one of the important application branches,has been one of the key topics and projects during the 12 th five-year plan for national economic and social development of the People’s Republic of China.The ministry of industry and information technology is making efforts from industrial planning,technical standards and scene applications,and starting to increase support for on-board terminals and on-board information services,so as to promote the overall development of the Internet of vehicles industry.In the future,the Internet of vehicles industry will also usher in more application scenarios and policy support.However,the Internet of vehicles industry also faces the problems of product homogeneity,unprofitable price and poor marketing.Therefore,how to formulate effective marketing channel strategy,the establishment of effective marketing channel system is also more and more important.This article was engaged in car networking industry of C company marketing channel strategy as the research object,according to current situation of the marketing channel of C company,on the basis of combining the theory of 4 p,SWOT analysis,porter five analysis model,Boston matrix theory,analyze the C company present situation of strategic positioning,product positioning,marketing strategy.Combination of C company channel design,channel,channel motivation,channel control is analyzed,C company new channel design strategy is determined,according to the C company’s strategic development needs,build a marketing channel for C company service integration system,in order to achieve in market competition to obtain the sustainable development of the good,also for the car,network operators to make contribution to sustainable development of the industry. |
