Precision measurement plays a fundamental role in the industrial field.In China,the precision measurement industry is still in a scattered,chaotic,and small stage.Most of them do not have a deep and systematic understanding of marketing channels,and marketing channels are one of the core competitiveness of enterprises.In a market where the competition is becoming increasingly fierce,if precision measurement companies want to survive and gradually grow stronger,they must now set up a set of scientific marketing channels that are consistent with the company's own and with the changes of the current era.This thesis takes the marketing channels of DT Precision Measuring Instrument Company as the research object,and comprehensively analyzes the external environment,internal environment and marketing channels of DT Precision Measuring Instrument Company,and adopts qualitative analysis methods,literature research methods,and empirical investigation methods.And the method of questionnaire analysis on the status of DT precision measurement instrument company's marketing channels and the problems of marketing channels: the design of marketing channel structure is unreasonable,the selection of marketing channel members is not strict,the relationship of channel members needs to be improved,and the channel conflict management needs to be improved A detailed analysis was performed.Formulated optimized marketing channel structure design,strictly controlled channel members and relationships,countermeasures for channel conflict management issues,and channel crisis prevention mechanisms.This article it takes DT Precision Measurement Instrument Company as its research object,fully integrates reality,deconstructs traditional marketing channels,and actively integrates new elements of the Internet era.Construction of new media micro-marketing channels and expansion of diversified marketing channels.It is hoped that this thesis can provide a certain reference for DT Precision Measurement Instrument Company and related enterprises in the work of marketing channels,and will be helpful for its future marketing channel construction.
