In the process of urbanization in China,the expansion of land use often leads the control of urban planning,and the expansion of urban construction land is too rapid.This leads to the phenomenon of rapid urbanization with many semi-urbanization phenomena.The quality of urban development is worrying,and the phenomenon of idle land is serious.On the basis of the existing urban land development,through the simulation of the land expansion law,we understand the characteristics of urban land expansion,analyze and identify the potential land redevelopment scale of the city,and become the key point for the secondary land development.Based on the connotation analysis of related concepts of land redevelopment,this paper uses Xi'an City's land remote sensing imagery and urban master planning data,and Xi'an and Chang'an Districts as research objects to identify the scale and spatial distribution of urban redevelopment land and promote it.Land redevelopment is the goal.Analyze the scale and spatial growth of urban construction land and summarize land use characteristics.Subsequently,based on the theoretical research and practical forms of urban redevelopment,the use of GIS,Excel,SPSS and other tools to predict the scale of land supply,and through the analysis of constraints on the planning objectives,to obtain the predicted value of the supply scale of incremental land and stock land.Based on this,taking Chang'an District as the research object,according to the relevant national regulations,the land redevelopment potential is measured,the potential value and spatial distribution of land redevelopment in Chang'an District are analyzed,and the proposal of land supply timing and scale is proposed.Taking this as an example,it provides a reference for urban redevelopment.Research results include:(1)There is little change in the overall structure of land use in Xi'an.The spatial expansion of urban land use is mainly in the northwest and south directions.The second ring presents a more uniform and circular development,and the outer area of the second ring shows a north-south growth.The spatial expansion of land is relatively compact,but the expansion of land is too fast.There is a certain deviation between the construction land structure and the national standard,and the proportion of residential land and industrial land is relatively low.(2)The supply and demand of land in Xi'an will be uneven.By 2020,the planned land use scale will be 490 km~2,and the incremental land available for development is only 79.57 km~2.The remaining land demand of at least 5.8 km~2 can only be passed through the stock land again.The supply of resources for development;the planned population size change of 944,000 people as a constraint value,evacuation of the population of part of the stock of land used for the release of 11.5km~2.In the future,urban development needs to solve land expansion needs through land redevelopment.(3)The status quo of land use in Chang'an District is more inconsistent with the function of planned land use.There is a lot of room for potential improvement.The scale value of the overall land potential is up to 33,490.42 m~2,and the land redevelopment potential is great.
