Research On The Redevelopment Mode And Strategy Of Stock Land In Xiamen Rail Transit Station

Ever since reform and opening-up policy was established,custom settlements in our country have been rapidly expanded,land resources have been more and more in short supply,the developing mode of purely expanding the available acreage becomes unsustainable now.This situation made economical utilization of land more critical,As an important resource of future custom settlements,stock land means a lot for the intensive development of urban layout optimization,and as the new element for urban development,rail construction can be the driving force for stock land redevelopment,how to develop the stock land around the rail transportation stops area scientifically and efficiently becomes a new topic for urban sustainable development.This paper analyzes the development dynamics of stock land around the rail transportation stops area,and summarizes the the conditions for stock land self-regeneration,in conclusion,the collaborative development between rail transportation stops area and stock land is practical,and the developing of potential values for stock land is necessary.Secondly,this paper also discuss the potential value for stock land on the basis of the interactive relationship between rail transportation and stock land development,design a evaluating system for the potential value of the sock land around rail transportation stops area,to divide them into 3 categories-high,medium and low,and propose the developing mode for each category,and finalize the regeneration mode for the sock land around rail transportation stops area.Finally,this paper uses the regeneration mode to analyze Wenzao stop of line 1 in Xia'men,evaluate the potential value of the stock land around Wenzao stop,the result can guide the regeneration process,propose the developing strategies and related planing advice,provide new thoughts for regeneration of stock land around stops.This paper redefines and categorizes stock land,combines with the developing of rail transportation,reorganizes thoughts for stock land regeneration,analyzes the options for stock land regeneration,constructs the developing mode for defining,evaluating and regenerating stock land,uses Wenzao stop of line 1 in Xia'men as an example to get results of categorizing and evaluation of the stock land around Wenzao stop,propose the specific developing strategy and related planing advice,provide new thoughts for regeneration of stock land around stops.
