Facing the increasingly complex external environment,strengthening enterprise risk management has become the key to the realization of enterprise strategic goals and even to the life and death of enterprises,especially in the real estate development industry.The real estate development industry is a typical high-investment,high-risk industry,the business process of its project is very complex,developing a project often involves policy,environment,technology,funds and many other links.Therefore,it is of great significance for real estate development enterprises to establish their own construction project risk management system to integrate the business process and establish the management standard of the development project within the enterprise.The content of this paper is divided into four parts.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the background,content,significance of the research and relevant research results at home and abroad.On the basis of learning and mastering the related knowledge of risk management,this paper puts forward the theories,ideas and methods to support the research.Secondly,on this basis,from the basic situation of high-tech real estate companies,risk management environment and the implementation of risk management in various stages,such as early stage,implementation and use of project development,the risk identification and evaluation analysis of the project implementation stage of Ping’an home is further made,and the important risk factors in the management of the current project development and implementation stage are obtained;then based on the above risk factors,this paper puts forward the risk management plan of Ping’an home project in the implementation stage,and by means of risk response plan(pre loss prevention plan,post loss prevention plan and risk reservation plan),strengthening internal control and continuous improvement of operation mechanism,the risk factors identified and evaluated are focused on key control.Finally,through the implementation of the risk management scheme,this paper establishes the organization of risk management,perfect the management system and cultivate the risk management culture,so as to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the risk management scheme in the implementation stage of the Ping’an home project.This paper considers that in the future company management and project development and construction,the high-tech real estate industry should pay full attention to the importance of risk management.Through the study of the risk management in the implementation stage of Ping’an home project,the risk management consciousness of the company decision-makers,managers and executives can be constantly nurturing,and risk management is finally integrated into the daily work and management system.The innovation point of this paper is to take the actual implementation stage of Ping’an home project as the research object.Through the analysis,this paper gets all kinds of risk factors and importance sorting in the process of project construction,and then puts forward some pertinent countermeasures.The research results of this paper will help the company to improve the risk management ability,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,realize the continuous and healthy development of the company,and lay the foundation for more scholars in the practice management level,so it has a very important reference value.
