Research On The Landscape Planning And Design Of Dezhou Harmonious Family

In the context of the accelerated aging process in China,the development of the landscape planning and design for the elderly is facing a serious challenge.At present,the research about the old body function,the motor function and the building indoor environment,have in-depth discussion,but for the elderly outdoor living environment research is not thorough.The development of old-age real estate landscape planning and design is in its infancy in China.Most of the existing cases are imitation of excellent houses,and there is no construction model of landscape.There is a lack of unified standards in the function of landscape space,specific planning and design,all of which need further exploration and practice.With our in-depth study,the outdoor landscape has a positive effect on the psychological,physiological and other aspects of the elderly.Therefore,this paper supplements the research on the planning and design of old-age real estate landscape planning,and then enriches the theory of landscape planning and design for old-age real estate in China.This article through to the endowment real estate landscape,the present situation of the older population characteristics were analyzed,and the reference to the old-age pension and institutions that occupy the home the idea of combining,integrated application of multidisciplinary knowledge,in-depth analysis and study,draw lessons from the successful experience of developed countries,on the basis of the analysis of practical cases,innovative put forward suitable for the situation of China endowment real estate landscape planning and design theory.The landscape planning and design of the old-age real estate is closely related to the physical and psychological characteristics of the elderly and the law of activity.Based on the study of domestic and international theoretical research and practical cases,this paper proposes an environmental behavioral demand based on the characteristics of the elderly from the perspective of suitable aging design.The main points of the landscape planning and design of old-age real estate are summarized,including particularity principle,landscape planning strategy and detailed design points.In this study,on the basis of the above argument applied to the practice of the united family endowment real estate projects,detailed introduction Dezhou endowment background,analysis the influence factors of planning and design,according to the characteristics of the elderly,put forward the optimum aging landscape orientation and planning layout.In addition,the characteristics of the elderly are fully considered in the detailed landscape design,and finally the characteristics of the landscape planning and design of the harmonious family are summarized.This article is based on Dezhou united family endowment real estate landscape planning and design for the empirical test of above theory hypothesis,form from theory research to practice verification system design specification,and offer some reference for the similar case after the basis.
