Research On Rehabilitation Landscape Design In Urban Elderly Care Community

Population aging is a hot topic of global concern in the 21 st century.Under the background of the increasing development of aging in China,the society gradually pays attention to the construction of aging related industries.The traditional family pension model can not meet the needs of the elderly,so institutional pension,community pension and other models came into being.However,most of the design concerns for the elderly care industry are focused on the interior of the building,while the external environment is relatively small compared with other groups of convalescent institutions,and there is no targeted landscape space design for the elderly.Under the rapid development of the pension industry,how to put the rehabilitation needs and activity needs of the main elderly people into practice,make the rehabilitation landscape environment in the pension community move and live,make good use of each landscape node,and provide emotional and physical rehabilitation activities for the elderly is the focus of this paper.This article takes the elder care community as the research scope.First,it analyzes the current aging situation and the development trend of the elder care system,and elaborate on the related concepts of the rehabilitation landscape in the elder care community.Analyze and summarize the development trend.Through the analysis of the physiological,psychological,behavioral characteristics and activity needs of the main users in the elderly community,we can fully understand the needs of the elderly.Secondly,by classifying and analyzing the two practical cases with advanced health care characteristics in China,this paper makes a thorough analysis of rehabilitation landscape construction,barrier free system and humanistic care,and summarizes relevant experience,so as to provide a solid theoretical foundation for the fifth chapter of design strategy.Finally,based on the innovativeness of the entire senior care community based on the horizontal andvertical landscape axes,the corresponding design principles are proposed to design and create each landscape space.Engage participatory landscapes and family care throughout the external landscape environment design,optimize the detailed design of environmental facilities,and create a humanized and diversified rehabilitation for the elderly Landscape design,hoping to provide a feasible reference for the rehabilitation landscape design practice in the urban elderly care community in the future.
