As one of the most common breakage forms in the use of asphalt pavement,the pit is one of the most prominent and difficult diseases in the maintenance and maintenance of the road,which seriously reduces the quality of pavement,affects the comfort and safety of traffic,and needs to be repaired in time.The conventional hot-filling process is complicated and affected by the weather,and the solvent cold fill material and emulsified asphalt mixture used by the cold fill method have the problems of poor bonding,low initial strength,poor durability and easy to form two diseases.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a kind of good performance pit repair material.In this paper,aiming at the existing problems of the cold fill in the pit,combining the performance characteristics of waterborne epoxy resin and the research status of the emulsified asphalt mixture,a new type of water-borne epoxy emulsified asphalt crater cold fill material is developed,and the related properties of the waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt cementing material and its mixture through indoor test are developed.Carry on the test,research,the specific research is as follows:1)Study on waterborne epoxy curing system: the curing effect of A and B two groups of waterborne epoxy resin with different curing time,temperature and curing agent content was tested with drawing strength,and the types of waterborne epoxy resin and curing agent and the optimum blending ratio were determined.The results showed that B group had better curing effect than waterborne epoxy system,and the highest tensile strength was 1.5:1 when the ratio of waterborne epoxy to curing agent was the highest.2)Study on the water based epoxy emulsified asphalt system: testing the rheological properties,viscosity,adhesion and mechanical properties of the emulsified bitumen under different waterborne epoxy content,and determining the proportion of waterborne epoxy resin.The results show that the epoxy resin can greatly improve the high temperature performance,fatigue resistance and bond strength of the emulsified asphalt,and the proportion of waterborne epoxy emulsified bitumen is 20%.3)Design of mixing ratio of waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt mixture: test the design parameters of water based epoxy-emulsified asphalt mixture and the optimum emulsion amount by testing the different gradation,the amount of mineral powder,the added water content,the stability and the volume parameters of the mixture under the cement content.The test confirms that the gradation of the water based epoxy-emulsified asphalt mixture is LB-13,4%,2%,2% and 8.83%.4)Performance of waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt mixture: comparison of solvent type cold fill material and hot mix asphalt mixture to test the high temperature,low temperature and water stability of waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt mixture.The results show that waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture has good high temperature stability and water stability,but low temperature resistance to bending strain is small and crack resistance is poor. |
