Research On The Regeneration And Utilization Of Industrial Construction Remains Oriented To Creative Industry

With the development of economy and upgrading of industrial structure,in order to satisfy the development of modern industry,mass industrial construction remains facing the pressure of being dealt with.Besides,the sprouting and development of creative mode industry needs a lot of architectural space that matches its own characteristics.The regeneration and utilization of industrial buildings for creative mode industry is an important way to alleviate the pressure of the two parts and bring great economic and social value.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out indepth research on it.On the basis of the collection and analysis of the related literature of the recycling of industrial buildings,this article generality discusses the development history,the value of regenerative utilization and the development mode of the industrial architecture remains oriented to the creative mode industry.Through the field investigation and questionnaire of the 6 typical industrial buildings regenerated and utilized in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,this paper makes a psychological evaluation study by using the semantic differential method and uses factor analysis to extract the most influential factors that can affect the user’s psychological feeling evaluation.And the summary is named as the overall planning factor,the building monomer regenerative utilization factor and the mental factor.Finally,using these factors in the overall planning,construction monomer and spiritual culture,the optimization strategy is formulated,and on the basis of the integration of many research and research results,these optimization strategies are used to benefit the actual design practice in the three aspects of the overall planning,the building of the monomer,and the spiritual culture.
