With the growth of the national economy and the improvement of people's material living standards,people on the highway requirements have been not limited to providing a channel from one place to another,but want to enjoy the process of driving more services,such as road stability is better,more comfortable,more pleasant environment and so on.So as a highway manager,has since been given a more glorious and arduous task.By the end of 2016,the total mileage of China's highway reached 13.1 million kilometers,ranking first in the world.In the national highway construction mileage continues to grow at the same time,followed by the conservation workload continues to increase,but the current level of China's highway maintenance level has not been able to keep up with the growth rate of conservation mileage.So how to effectively improve the quality of highway maintenance and conservation level,by more and more highway managers attach great importance.Asphalt concrete pavement in the proportion of the highway is growing,how to develop asphalt pavement conservation plan,so that a rainy day to become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this paper attempts to study the highway asphalt pavement maintenance plan from the perspective of the highway manager,aiming at providing the effective reference for the highway manager.First of all,according to the "Highway Technology Status Assessment Criteria",this paper defines the evaluation index of the performance of asphalt pavement.This indicator reflects the anti-skid performance of the asphalt pavement,damage degree,flatness and structural strength.On the basis of this,the paper further recounts the literature data,summarizes the decay law of freeway asphalt pavement,that is,with the increase of the service life or the cumulative standard,the pavement performance index is monotonically reduced,and the early decay rate is low.Conservation measures,the use of performance decay rate quickly accelerated.Secondly,combined with the literature and the author's many years of work experience,the paper analyzes the common diseases of asphalt pavement of freeway,which is summarized as the fractures,deformations,loosens and other four categories.The mechanism of the formation of various diseases Commonly used treatment measures.On the basis of comparing a variety of forecasting methods,this paper finally determines the forecasting model of expressway asphalt pavement performance,that is,the Markov forecasting model,which lays an important foundation for the preparation of the final maintenance plan.Asphalt pavement maintenance plan to solve the problem is: when,on which sections to take what conservation measures.The essence of these problems is a kind of decision-making process of highway managers.Therefore,by comparing the various decision-making methods,this paper determines the choice of the sections to be protected by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and uses the benefit cost method to develop the disease treatment plan.In this process,this paper also analyzes the cost of asphalt pavement maintenance,which is divided into four categories: maintenance inspection cost,minor maintenance cost,operation and management expense,maintenance project cost and so on.The specific content and measurement methods.Finally,this paper takes 4 expressways in HX area of Qinghai Province as an example,and chooses the four sections of the road to be preserved.The preparation of 2018 asphalt pavement maintenance plan further supports the feasibility of this research.
