Su Jiahang highway traffic has increased year by year, overloading and overrun phenomenon serious. With increase of age, the asphalt pavement diseases of various development rapidly, although the Sujiahang Expressway over the years for the disease to take corresponding measures for maintenance, but due to the diversity of the practical problems, such as large quantities, backward management means and methods, backward technology, data of the perfect problem in the practical application, making maintenance of funds and measures ineffective implementation. Therefore, SuJiaHang expressway asphalt pavement maintenance management and planning studies need further improve, perfect and optimization.In this paper, through the analysis of Sujiahang Expressway Pavement situation, mainly includes the analysis of field test data analysis, over the road pavement, pavement core samples indoor test analysis and pavement disease causes; and for maintenance measures over the SuJiaHang expressway pavement maintenance engineering analysis, comparison of road performance recovery and use effect; combined with Sujiahang Expressway the analysis of the traffic volume statistics of 12th Five-Year ", and the" 12th Five-Year "period of SuJiaHang expressway toll revenue collection and preventive maintenance, special treatment project summary; most with Sujiahang high speed in recent years, the pavement performance on the test data, the forecast for the next five years of pavement performance, analysis of Sujiahang Expressway Maintenance Countermeasure Research, to explore a more reasonable maintenance plan, during the formulation of 13th Five-Year "for Science Provide the basis for decision making of Highway Asphalt Pavement Maintenance Countermeasure Su Jiahang. The main conclusions are as follows(1) the analysis of the current situation of Su Jiahang Expressway Asphalt PavementSu Jiahang high speed bidirectional pavement damage condition; two-way road surface driving quality evaluation according to the current specifications are excellent; years of maintenance, can effectively inhibit the development of rutting, but part of the road rut larger, according to the current standard and the evaluation is good, the need for timely maintenance; the indoor test results show that the aggregate middle block squeeze less material, poor high-temperature stability gradation, mixture penetration index meets the recycling conditions; the longitudinal cracks occurred mainly in the deck, the preliminary judgment is due mainly to rutting seam reflection; compaction rutting, surface layer mixture without instability phenomenon; reason bump is mainly caused by poor and bridge near the asphalt pavement structure and subgrade settlement jumping.(2) the "12th Five-Year" period, SuJiaHang expressway has taken targeted conservation measures and effect evaluationHigh strength ECA-10 asphalt on pavement smooth degree and treatment effect is best; site hot recycling can effectively improve the pavement condition but anti cracking effect of general; high strength ECA-10 asphalt on pavement breakage treatment effect is the best. ECA-10 modified asphalt on pavement distress and treatment effect is the worst; for pavement rutting and three measures of average attenuation rate calculations show that, for pavement rutting disease, only ECA-10 (high strength asphalt) treatment technology of the average decay rate below 1.40%, the other two treatment measures of effect is poor.(3) the "13th Five-Year" period, SuJiaHang expressway asphalt pavement condition prediction and Research on Maintenance CountermeasuresBinding of Sujiahang Expressway in recent years maintenance measures section of field test data, different conservation measures in mean attenuation values, calculations predict attenuation model parameters; and based on life-cycle cost analysis, calculated investment year by year and the cost of maintaining plan and maintenance plan for the regulation plan at the end of the road performance of a certain reserve.
