Asphalt Pavement Performance Survey And Analysis Of Guangdong Provincial Expressway

Guangdong provincial expressway asphalt pavement structure type including semi-rigid base asphalt pavement,rigid base asphalt pavement,flexible base asphalt pavement and composite asphalt pavement.There are a variety of asphalt pavement structures,the performance of each asphalt pavement has its advantages and disadvantages.Depending on the traffic and environmental conditions in Guangdong Province,a reasonable choice of asphalt pavement structure,can effectively reduce the probability of early damage of asphalt pavement.And seeing on the life-cycle cost,it can greatly reduce the total investment of highway,improving service levels of asphalt pavement,extending the life of asphalt pavement,and reducing adverse social impacts arising from long-term maintenance.And it is also in line with the "energy saving,environmental protection and harmony," the concept of road construction.Firstly,this paper investigate the structure of 14 typical asphalt pavement in Guangdong Province,which is based on the survey of 8 highway.Summarize and analyze all kinds of asphalt pavement structure since the opening of the pavement distress Index(PCI),pavement riding quality index(RQI),pavement rutting performance index(RDI),road anti sliding performance index(SRI),pavement structure strength index of PSSI,and combining with the drilling core,based on the analysis of typical diseases of asphalt pavement of various causes.Secondly,this paper introduces the asphalt pavement performance prediction model of forecasting methods,and select applicability strong type Sstandard function decay equation used to analyze and predict the typical semi-rigid base,combined base,rigid base asphalt pavement use performance,prediction results show that most of the predicted results showed good correlation.After determining the performance prediction curve of asphalt pavement,this paper puts forward how to determine the maintenance opportunity and strategy of asphalt pavement according to the curve of asphalt pavement performance prediction.At the same time,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current domestic application of more preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance measures,and a variety of measures to carry out the technical and economic comparison.Finally,this paper introduces the asphalt pavement life cycle cost analysis of the concept and necessity,and according to the different traffic load,the comparative analysis of the whole life cycle cost of the typical asphalt pavement structure in Guangdong province is selected.
