Research On Remaking And Transforming Of Qingdao Customs

The topic of this article comes from the project of the renovation and design project of Qingdao Customs,which is attended by the author in the actual work.Through practical engineering research,field,repair engineering design research,discovery and analysis of the actual problems encountered in the project,study the problems,and carry out relevant literature and repair design concept and technology and paper research.This paper,starting with the ideas of the reconstruction and reuse of domestic and foreign buildings,focuses on the three aspects of reform,reuse strategy and specific technical measures.By summarizing the strategies and measures for the reconstruction and reuse of modern buildings in different countries,and comparing them with the common measures in China,they are summarized and compared.Based on the analysis and induction of the problems encountered in the actual project of the renovation design of Qingdao glue customs site,the practical engineering links,such as the investigation and analysis,the plan discussion,the repair technical measures and the summary of the completion of the project,are written in combination with the practical renovation project design research project.The outstanding problems facing the building reconstruction and reuse should follow the principle of classified protection and differential treatment,and put forward the innovative ideas of protection and utilization and safety and technology priority strategy,renovation design implementation strategy,protection repair strategy and technical measures.
