Research On Optimization Of Management Process Of Hospital Reconstruction And Extension Projects

With the development of social and economic life,the medical service system of countries in the 21 st century is facing great pressure to change.Medical and health care demand changing,the deepening of the basic medical research,advances in medical technology,and medical diagnosis and treatment of upgrading equipment,promote the continuous development of the medical profession.At the same time,the medical service of the carrier-medical buildings constantly put forward new requirements.Medical buildings have to be continuously updated through various means of new construction,renovation and expansion and related technical measures.Medical building is all civil construction in one of the most complex and special building type,it is the complexity and particularity to make medical architecture differs from other buildings,formed a unique way of project management.Based on hospital construction project as the research object,through the systematic scheme of hospital rehabilitation and expansion project close to establish a model analysis,proposed the hospital rehabilitation and expansion project management process design and optimization.Based on the idea of project management process optimization,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the hospital reform and expansion project management process plan.At last,taking S hospital as an example,the implementation plan of management process optimization of S hospital was proposed from the project start-up stage,design bidding stage,construction stage and completion stage.
