| With the continuous development of market-oriented economy and reform in our country,people’s living standard has been improved,and the demand for engineering construction projects has been increasing.Due to political,economic and natural environment,social environment,the limitation of a series of uncertain factors such as the construction technology,building renovation project in the process of conducting often face a lot of risk,because of the existence of these risks may make the project produces a greater degree of loss,so the project is very important for effective risk management.On project risk management process,should consider the whole process of the project,for each period of the project goals or other property to may encounter risk identification,estimation,evaluation,and take effective measures to deal with,get more profits.The project aims to transform the P hospital into a nursing home,which combines the policy and social background of this time,and can work out the risk management plan.First use of WBS-RBS system for project risk identification,the expert scoring method is adopted to identify the project risk estimate,then by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate the project risk factors,risk factors in building the hierarchical model,including into the probability of occurrence of a risk and may cause the loss of the two factors.In the order of risk occurrence probability,customs and order,emergency and survey design risk are the key risk factors.Under the influence of risk loss,customs and order,policy change and natural disaster risk are the key risk factors.For risk accidents,the key risk factors are the main reasons,so to prevent the occurrence of risk accidents,measures should be taken to guard against the key risk factors.In this article,through the combination of practice and theory of project risk management knowledge,for the modification of the hospital medical have combined with the risk of the nursing home are analyzed and described,provides a theoretical basis for project risk decision,and has certain practical significance to risk management personnel. |
