With the development of national industrialization and independent innovation and research and development technology,the demand for new materials is increasing,and the demand for test machines for testing the mechanical properties of new materials is even greater.As an important part of automobile safety system,the mechanical properties of airbags are paid special attention to it,Foreign material testing machines have great advantages in testing products,operation of testing machines and obtaining data parameters.At present,there are many kinds of material testing machines in China,and they are classified according to the properties and structural characteristics of test products.The purpose of this paper is to design a special material tensile tester for testing flexible materials such as airbags.This paper designs the test machine according to the main technical parameters provided by the representative of the enterprise.In the finite element analysis software,the maximum tension and pressure effect of the whole structure of the testing machine are analyzed.The results of the maximum stress value and displacement deformation of the main structural parts under the action of maximum tension pressure are obtained.The results show that the maximum displacement deformation of each structures are large.In addition,the equivalent virtual material method is used to deal with the contact surface of bolt and ballscrew in simulation state analysis.In this paper,the improvement and optimization design of each structures of the testing machine is proposed,based on the mathematical model in the optimization design.The optimal iterative calculation of the improved structures is carried out it,and the optimized results are obtained.Based on the optimization results,the maximum tension effect of each structure is analyzed.From the analysis results;The maximum stress value and displacement deformation of each structure are smaller than before the improvement,which verifies the correctness of structure optimization.
