The tensile testing machine can detect the mechanical properties of the material.Most of the tensile testing machines on the market use the working mode of PLC and servo drive,which causes the volume and price of the tensile testing machine to remain high,which is not conducive to the promotion and application of the product.For the mechanical properties of thin and light materials such as thin film plastics,it is only necessary to test the tensile properties,and do not need a full-featured multi-functional tensile testing machine.Therefore,the development of a small,cost-effective tensile testing machine has important market value and practicality.value.Based on the research and development of the tensile testing machine,this paper determines the design goal of the integrated tensile testing machine according to the demand.According to the functional analysis,the overall design of the control system of the tensile testing machine with the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the power source is proposed.By studying the vector control algorithm of permanent magnet synchronous motor and using MATLAB software for modeling and simulation,the SIMULINK toolbox is used for modular modeling to verify the feasibility of the method.Completed the hardware circuit design and PCB debugging of the integrated tensile testing machine,completed the design of the lower computer control program based on TMS320F28335 and the design of the upper computer interface based on LabVIEW software,and realized the storage and processing of experimental data,which can be used for the tested materials.The applied tensile force and deformation displacement are measured with high precision,and finally the joint experimental verification of the hardware system and software system of the control system is completed.This paper designs and develops a prototype of integrated tensile testing machine.Through several hardware and software tests,the tensile testing machine system can realize the tensile test of thin and light materials such as film.The tensile testing machine has high integration,small size and high cost performance,achieving the original design goals.
