With the rapid economic development in our country,new requirements have been set for the construction of infrastructure in our country,especially the rapid construction of expressways.However,highways have huge demands for funds,long construction time,Is a severe test.How to effectively prevent these risks has become the top priority for highway decision-makers.The highway project is built in a very complex environment combining humanities and nature.It takes a long time to construct and has high technical requirements.It is a process that requires continuous management.In this management process,the internal and external factors are constantly changing,and the construction project will be affected to some extent by internal factors and external factors.There have been some uncertainties throughout the project's construction cycle and the management of expressway construction projects has become more and more complex and,to a large extent,caused by these unavoidable risk factors,The risk management of project construction puts forward very high requirements.During the entire construction project cycle,the risk management of expressway construction projects must be carried out.In order to ensure the smooth construction of expressway projects,ensure the project achievements and achieve the goal of quality and quantity,risk management becomes very important.Through the research on the theoretical results of risk management of construction projects at home and abroad,this paper comprehensively and systematically identifies,analyzes and evaluates the risks of construction projects and finally formulates the risk measures.Then,with the example,the article analyzes the risk of the rerouting project of Yu-lin by using analytic hierarchy process,and puts forward the countermeasures and control measures according to the specific risks.Based on the importance of highway risk management,this paper studies the risk management of Chongqing-Jiangbei Airport Extension Project Yu-lin Expressway re-engineering project,and uses the scientific analysis method AHP to quantitatively study the risk factors.The study of highway risk provides a reference method,which has strong practical value.
