But because of highway construction project, the construction of large quantity of time is long, construction and management of related party during the project involving numerous, great investment, it is for highway construction projects and the cause of the huge complex engineering, therefore, in highway construction management process in with a lot of risk and uncertainty factors, these factors will directly affect the highway construction projects of the total capital investment and time limit for a project control, affect the project success implementation, and the late project can put into use normal. How to identify, evaluate told the risk of highway construction projects, and take appropriate measures to manage risk, maximize reduce risk on highway construction projects the harm and loss, successfully completed highway construction project objectives and highway engineering builder is the most concern.This thesis is a research on the project risk management of the G expressway construction from the perspective of the headquarters. The paper is divided into5chapters. The chapter1introtuces research backgroud of China, the purposes and meanings of the dissertation, and the questions and method of the reasearch. The chapter2states relative theories, concepts, characters, imports and classifications of the project risks. According to the characteristics of the G expressway the chapter3presents the various possible risks which may appear. The chapter4assesses the various risks by grading of the experts, then identifies influencing levels of the various risks.The chapter5mainly puts forward the relevant suggestions of the various risk of the G express way.
