Talent is a key factor in the development of enterprises,so that market competition is actually talent competition.The change of the social and economic situation asks employees to keep up with the pace of the enterprise.At the same time,"people-oriented" modern enterprise management also puts forward higher requirements to employees' comprehensive ability and professional quality.With the implementation of the national "One Belt and One Road" strategy and the "go out" plan of high-speed railway,the railway has put forward higher requirements on the quality of employees and the construction of talent team.At the same time,domestic road network scale expands unceasingly,the rail system of training demand increased year by year,the A University as railway continuing education training base,will continue to take advantage of specialized subject,make contributions to railway personnel training.This article uses the method combining the theoretical basis and actual case,through the reading of vast amount of literature on the study of the theory of training,and training of A University railway management problems existing in the process of the comb,and gives the corresponding improvement measures are:To establish the perfect training system,attention to detail management;Strengthen training supervision and management,strictly implement the training process;Strengthen the study,improve the training management personnel's own level and ability;Improve the execution of work,the system is fast and efficient.This study provides some valuable reference for A University railroad training management practice,but with the rapid development of railway in our country,especially the operation of high-speed rail mileage has exceed more than half of the world,according to the development of railway,explore the railroad training management mode of practice.A University in the past experience of railroad training management work,management is still the main way,by experience management to accelerate the development,to the scientific management is the basic direction of the positive development,railroad training management work of the authors of this paper is based on the detailed analysis,based on the hope for help to the whole development of the training.
