Discussion On Management Method Of Project Quality,cost And Schedule Control

Three objectives of project control,quality,schedule and cost,the three restrict each other and influence each other,and form an interrelated and contradictory unity.Together constitute the three objectives of the project management system,one aspect of the changes will inevitably lead to changes in the other two areas.Therefore,if any one aspect of the problem,it will affect the overall balance of the relationship between the three,to bring adverse effects to the project.Often,in engineering practice,one or two control goals are often set first,and then the other factors are considered.Therefore,this paper will make a discussion on the coordination between quality control and cost control in the case of the assumption progress.In recent years,the research on engineering project management has made great achievements,but the theoretical research on quality control is not much in the same important position as the progress control and cost control.This paper is the research of cost control and quality control together,the relationship between coordination interaction analysis of cost control and quality control as well as the two,through interaction and coordination of the relationship between quality and cost control research and analysis of the project system,for the future research in project management to provide a point of reference,and has some practical guiding significance to the actual project management role.Based on reviewing the relevant literature,combined with the use of cybernetics principle,a comprehensive analysis of the principle and methods of quality control and cost control of engineering project;through the analysis on the coordination of complex systems,research and coordination between quality control and cost control;established the mathematical model of project quality control and cost control in dynamic optimization;in the analysis of quality control and cost control coordination,introduced the "quality control and cost control coordination management interface".
