To Explore The BIM Application In The Field Of Architectural Design

Recently,the design of the architecture is becoming more and more complex.With the continuous progress of society and the continuous development of information technology,more and more industries are being pushed forward by the revolution of information technology.The construction industry as a pillar industry of the national economy,it is inevitable to the era of data.Now,the computer and the popularity of Internet,traditional architectural design drawings have been over from manual to computer software design,from engineering design to construction operation cannot do without the assistance of computer tools,such as in the field of data collection,geographical survey,have been digitized by a computer.The traditional manual design development it has made great progress,but the current use still exists many problems,information fragmentation is obvious,disjointed between each application system,did not form a linkage,is reflected in the engineering design and construction of conflict,frequent design changes often occur rework phenomenon.Not only spend a lot of manpower,material resources,but also a serious increase in the duration and cost of the project,the project to bring trouble to all participants.The generation of BIM technology to let people see the construction industry the way to break through the bottleneck,the use of BIM technology can make the project participants together in collaborative design,3D visual view mode,visual on the building to deepen understanding,can greatly save manpower,material and financial resources and time,according to the survey of design small company,direct cost management of manpower and related expenses decreased by about 35%,the design of super large building it is reduced by 46%.BIM technology allows designers to improve the overall service performance,the quality of construction projects have also won the praise of all parties to the project.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of Revit software and BIM software are introduced,and the software of Revit is selected as the design software of the project.In view of the problems in the traditional design of the system,such as the collision and collision between different systems,and the phenomenon of a large number of design changes,we can find the solution to the problem.Although there are still difficult to deal with in the present stage,but I believe that in the near future,the development of BIM technology will overcome these barriers to become the mainstream design of the construction industry.In the first three chapters of this paper,the function of BIM technology in design is introduced.In the fourth chapter,the design of the actual case is studied:(a)from the perspective of software design between BIM and traditional design By comparing the design software of BIM technology related to several design software and traditional software design is introduced,the analysis of BIM technology in operation than the traditional simple design software,the application of BIM technology allows designers to work in their own operating system interface,the design model is uploaded to the overall model,sharing and other design system.(b)the contrast between BIM design and traditional design Through visualization,the introduction of BIM Technology Collaborative technology characteristic,analyzes the design drawings in the construction project has advantages of traditional architectural design has advantages in the design process,analysis of the construction project cost control and schedule control,improve the design efficiency and economic value.(c)comparison of the results obtained from BIM design and traditional design By comparing the design results of BIM design and traditional design,BIM technology is designed for the digital information model,Can be compatible with the third party software transfer,through the function of other software to complete the design task.At the same time,the BIM technology can be controlled in the whole life cycle of the building through the model to control the overall situation of the design before the formal drawing.
