With the development of the construction industry,construction projects become more and more complex,involved in the project team and technical personnel is also increasing,problems of interoperability difficulties,low working efficiency and repetitive work exposed gradually,the development of the construction industry is facing a new crisis in the information age,information and new work mode,BIM provide interoperability and 3D visualization provides the technical support for solving these problems.The concept and function of BIM has been well known,and its potential is being developed step by step.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper takes the collaborative design based on BIM platform as the research object,and aims at improving the efficiency of collaborative design.Firstly,based on analysis of the development of the construction indus try are facing problems,concept,interpretation of the BIM concept and the characteristics of collaborative design,summarizing the current development of BIM at home and abroad,discusses the necessity and feasibility of introducing BIM technology,and t hen puts forward the research content of this paper: a study based on collaborative design BIM platform.The second is the BIM collaborative design work mode and method of research,expounds the construction of the information model,and BIM software Revit in the work of the set and the model of the two collaborative design.According to the objective conditions of the design enterprise,this paper puts forward the collaborative design mode for the construction drawing design of Ji'nan JiaZhou dong bu shi jie cheng.Then it is applied research,integrating the advantage of BIM technology in collaborative design into the project design process.In the specific application process of collaborative design analysis of the entry point,divided into stages,the cl assification of other problems in the application of the summary,analysis of the crux of the problem,and proposed solutions.The last is the summary on the practice,exploring the deeper application value of BIM,according to the application,with practical experience and advanced BIM methods as the basis,through the comparative analysis of the traditional work flow and based on the various stages of the design process of BIM collaborative work platform,combined with China's actual situation,put forward for China's construction system the BIM collaborative work process and guarantee the smooth progress of the new working pattern of measures.This will be the combination of BIM technology and construction drawing design stage were discussed.Through the research on the application of collaborative design project,puts forward the measures for the implementation of collaborative design based on BIM platform,hoping to provide a reference point to the popularization and application of BIM technology in collaborative design,Chinese for architectural design enterprise informatization,construction project implementation to achieve maximum value play a positive and constructive role.
