Since 2000,as the result of the rapid development of construction industry in our country,the construction technology level is greatly enhanced.At the same time.the architectural design technology is corresponding improved.With the constant improvement of the using of building quality requirements,we put forward of higher requirements on the architectural design.The traditional collaborative management method is no longer suitable for the development of the times,and the market promotes the innovation of the collaborative management method in the stage of project design.Since 2010,BIM has become a popular assistant collaboration platform,which has been applied and promoted in architectural design,industrial design and construction engineering management.In order to improve the design level of the design industry,BIM technology is introduced into the design field,so as to improve the overall design level of the design industry.The main application goal of BIM technology is to ensure information sharing and information exchange of construction projects throughout the life cycle,and to promote close collaboration among project participants in different positions.Therefore,in order to complete the scheduling task of project progress collaborative management,BIM building information technology platform should be established and perfected as soon as possible,and then use such collaborative platform to dynamically monitor and control the project progress collaborative management.This paper mainly uses BIM technology application platform,which is a Revit design platform of AUTOCAD company.By using BIM technology.the information model of relevant cases can be established.so that the information of different components and models of different design specialties can be obtained.which can provide a table for the overall planning and design progress collaborative management plan.For reference.Using the three-dimensional engineering information model and incorporating it into the project management schedule,a 4D model is formed.The schedule parameters of the schedule plan,the rationality of the time limit for each work and the correctness of the logical relationship among the professional work are tested,so as to optimize and improve the schedule of project collaborative management.The BIM information model is established by different specialties.After completing the BIM model of each specialty.the model integration among the specialty models is carried out on a unified collaborative platform.The collision checking is used to check whether there is collision between the specialty integration models and how many collision points there are,and then the comprehensive adjustment is made.The rationality of BIM technology in collaborative management of schedule in design phase is verified by the case of BIM implementation of plant construction project.The existing problems are analyzed and the future development is prospected.The research results of this paper can be further popularized and applied in the progress collaborative management of design enterprises,and problems can be found and solved before construction,so as to reduce the changes caused by unreasonable design in the early stage of construction and ensure the smooth construction of construction projects.The conclusion of this paper is that the popularization and application of BIM technology in design enterprises can improve the effective flow of information among different specialties,reduce and avoid all kinds of unfavorable factors affecting the collaborative management of schedule in design stage,improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of engineering design projects,avoid design changes and partial rework,and improve the efficiency of project design.Design quality of drawings.Utilizing the visualization characteristics of BIM engineering information model process,it can provide the builder with multi-angle observation effect map.At the same time,the communication,communication and decision-making in engineering project design,construction and production process are all implemented under the visualization condition,which is conducive to promoting the collaborative management of project progress,reducing time and reducing non-compliance.Necessary cost to achieve optimal project schedule collaborative management.Therefore,the further promotion and application of BIM technology can effectively provide more scientific and reasonable project design stage schedule collaborative management for design enterprises,but the application of BIM technology needs to be based on the cross-disciplinary basis.In many fields such as computer-aided design,technology.communication and management theory,it still needs to be domestic.Foreign scholars formulate relevant standards and conduct in-depth research.
