With the acceleration of urbanization,our country's construction project is in full swing.And the scale of the construction is increasing,structure form is more complex.Based on this,the social sector's requirements for construction project are evolving.It is evolved into a high-quality standards and strict requirements for construction quality,from focusing on the construction period and cost of the project.Nevertheless,the phenomenon that,schedule and cost is more important than quality,are still prevalent in construction management of construction enterprises.And the current construction quality management remains the method that to complete the construction process first,then acceptance.This paper researches at the Phase II project of RENJIESHUIAN,using a variety of quality management theory and methods to optimize its construction quality management plan system.This paper aims to solve the problems of construction quality management.And establish a complete,efficient and universal applicability construction quality management system and plan.Firstly,introduce the Phase II project of RENJIESHUIAN,analysis the current situation of project quality control and analyze their problems and the reasons for them.Then according to the principle of three-stage quality control,optimize the construction quality management systems and solutions of pre-construction,which mainly applies to the quality management theory including total quality management,4M1E quality management and integrated management to optimize construction quality management organization system of the whole responsibility subject,the whole enterprise and the whole project of the Phase II project of RENJIESHUIAN,to optimize 4M1E construction quality management and to build assurance system of construction quality.During the construction process,in order to ensure the optimized quality management program,organizational system,security system to effectively implement and operate,apply PDCA principle to optimize construction quality control plan of the project.During the control plan emphasize the set of quality control points.During the process of implementing emphasize the "zero imperfection" quality control program.Determine the course of construction quality inspection and apply causal analysis chart to analysis the problems during inspection.Make tracking process measures of quality problem and standard processes of the construction process control.Finally,build after-construction evaluation system of construction quality management of RENJIESHUIAN,clear the evaluation content,set up evaluation body consisting of the ministry itself,construction companies,construction units,sub-units and suppliers and expect results of the optimized project construction quality management program from multiple perspectives.According to the evaluation results create information base of quality management and clear the main part to lay the foundation for improving construction quality of construction enterprises and project departments.Through the study of construction quality management of RENJIESHUIAN phase II,solve the problems of the construction quality management,form a universally applicable,economic,efficient and comprehensive project quality management system,improve management level of the project and construction quality and provide a reference for similar projects in construction quality management.
