Qingdao Baihai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd Development Strategy Study

The shipbuilding industry is an integrated manufacturing industry involving multiple specialties.The development of the ship industry can promote economic development.Recently,the environment of the shipbuilding industry has been in a depressed state for some time.In response,the state has introduced various policies and adjusted its industries.In the face of such opportunities and threats,companies can only work out strategies and achieve success by combining their own strengths and weaknesses,identifying appropriate development strategies,and using appropriate tactics.Therefore,the development of a reasonable development strategy plays a very important role in the survival and development of a company.This article uses the basic theory and method of strategic management,combined with the actual situation of Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Industry Co.,Ltd.,and systematically studies the development strategy of Beichuan Heavy Industry.Firstly,using the PEST model and Porter' s five force model to comprehensively analyze the external environment of the enterprise,identifying the opportunities and threats that affect the development of the enterprise,and using the EFE evaluation matrix to weight the external factors of the enterprise;Then analyze the internal factors of Beichuan Heavy Industry and sort out the strengths and weaknesses of the Beichuan heavy tools.The internal factors of the company were weighted by the IFE evaluation matrix.Afterwards,the SWOT analysis and location map was drawn from the results calculated by the internal and external factor matrix.Combined with the SWOT matrix analysis,the strategic plan of Beichuan Heavy Industry was determined as a growth strategy,a diversification strategy,and a differentiation strategy.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,the corresponding strategy implementation measures have been formulated.
