The Research On Developing Strategy Of ZY Company

As one of the important material production department of the national economy,the construction industry is one of the pillar industries of national economy in our country.ZY Company,a private limited liability company in construction industry,has achieved rapid development since its establishment.However,along with the development of the enterprises,it has to face in development bottlenecks as capital,technology,and human resource.This paper aims to analyze the external environment and internal conditions of ZY Company and provide development strategic planning for the long-term stable development of the company,so that to help the company to clearly understand its own opportunities and threats,strengths and weaknesses,and so more targeted to determine the direction of future development.In this paper,PEST analysis and Five Force analysis was conducted to comprehensively analyze the external environment and internal conditions of ZY Company.On this basis,SWOT analysis was conducted to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,in order to establish the overall development strategy,basic competitive strategy and functional strategy for the company.In the short term,this paper argues that ZY Company shall take outstretched overall development strategy,using cost leading strategy to establish their own competitive advantage.In the medium and long term,defensive overall development strategy is recommended,along with technological innovation to achieve differentiation in products.Meanwhile,implementation measures from key perspectives like capital,technology,management,human resources and enterprise culture was provided in this paper.
