The Research On The Ecological Quality Improvement Path And Evaluation Of Urban Existing Residential Area

China is now in the great period of modernization and urban construction.Residential area are the most basic elements of urban and rural society,and also the micro-foundation of city administrative management.The residential area in the process of urbanization have intensively reflected the contradictions and challenges current urban construction are faced with,such as economy and resource,environment and efficiency,social and cultural.The study on the ecological quality improvement path and evaluation of urban residential area has essential theoretical and practical significance to the guidance of the construction and management of ecological residential area and sustainable development of the city.First,based on the domestic and overseas renewal theory practice of the urban residential area,the purpose,method and significance of the study on the the ecological quality improvement path and evaluation of urban residential area are elaborated and the focus problems of the urban ecological quality improvement process are put forward in this paper.Then,the meaning of low carbon,ecology and sustainability is introduced briefly,and the ideology relationship between low carbon and ecological city,energy saving and ecological city are summarized.From the perspective of Material form and social form,which conclude reorganization of public space and road system,adjustment of public infrastructure and integration of architecture and spatial form,the social configuration of the residential area and administration mode,the ecological quality improvement path of urban residential area,especially pondered by sociology and urban management,are discussed according to the purpose,principle,route of the ecological quality improvement path and evaluation of urban residential area.At the same time,the four indexes,vitality,bearing capacity,coordination,and recover force,are put forward.The criteria of sustainability,adequacy and balance are selected.The quantitative treatment and complete evaluation of the ecological quality of urban residential areas are realized by means of the structural model of a positive triangular pyramid and the establishment of the evaluation system.Finally,take SX residential area as an example,the path framework is mainly applied to the actual work and the feasibility,flexibility and innovation of the path framework are verified.Furthermore,by complemented and summarized the path framework,the comprehensive result of the ecological quality evaluation of urban residential area is carried out.
