With the increasing popularity of new energy technologies,electric trucks have gradually appeared in people's eyes.Compared with traditional energy trucks,the advantages of new energy sources are close to zero pollution emissions and higher energy efficiency.The shape of pure electric trucks on the market has not changed much compared to traditional energy products.There is an urgent need for forward-looking modeling solutions that are consistent with future technologies.Long head trucks have only a small share in the Chinese market due to their high cost and limited transport capacity,but they are extremely advantageous in terms of driving safety,comfort and passenger space.With the new truck regulations GB-1589 issued in 2016,the length of the central axle trailer is increased by 1 meter and the width is increased to 2.55 meters.This change will,to a certain extent,promote the recovery of the long truck market share.The topic of this thesis is derived from the actual project:the design of the car for the 50th anniversary of Dongfeng Truck.The company is affiliated with the State Key Laboratory of Automobile Body Advanced Design and Manufacturing of Hunan University,and is responsible for completing the preliminary design and development of the project.The design requirements are:Heavy trucks and medium truck heads(designed for heavy truck heads in this article)are designed to be different from the traditional truck driving layout on the existing flat truck long head electric trucks.Conceptual design time is defined as 2025.The battery's power density is increased,and its own weight is greatly reduced.At the same time,the autopilot and electronic assistance systems are mature.Trucks have been able to select different power solutions based on mileage,and the battery replacement system also has a certain scale.Under such circumstances,explore the use scenario of the electric truck and the impact of the logistics system on the appearance of the truck.The design has mainly completed:1)Adopting the cab design features of the Tianlong flagship flat car in Dongfeng Heavy Truck and Dongfeng Liuqi semi-truck Longca,according to the Dongfeng brand's genetic feature extraction method,to find Dongfeng's three-dimensional space in accordance with Dongfeng.Brand styling features,defining a truck model with more brand recognition,exploring forward-looking for the Dongfeng electric truck market;2)Focusing on exploring the combination of technology and styling,and presenting a new truck project layout.And using aerodynamic modeling semantics,the parts themselves will be integrated into the truck as a whole,which is different from the practice of covering or exposing the traditional truck functional parts,resulting in more design points,giving the product a sense of order,technology and sense of the future.
