With the speed push of network globalization,the consumption mode of various industries has undergone earth-shaking changes promoted by the economic rise.The traditional consumption mode has shifted to the modern consumption mode,and the market has become complicated,especially in the heavy truck industry,which is seeking long-term development in overseas market,the competition between homogeneous brands and overseas brands has become white-hot.Due to the limitation of time and space,When Chinese enterprises go abroad,they want to occupy the overseas market quickly,tell their own brand story well,expand their product market from scratch,and seize the opportunity and develop in the ever-changing overseas market.Marketing strategy is the key to the further survival and development of enterprises.This paper ‘s research is based on SQ Company product and starts from the company’s export products and overseas marketing strategy,uses method of PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and other scientific research,combined with its overseas marketing market environment,competitors and target customers and other objective factors.This paper focuses on the analysis of overseas key market distribution,inside and outside environment of SQ Company,strengths,and weaknesses of the company’s products,points out the status and existing problems of marketing strategy abroad,analyzes the causes and puts forward improvement measures.Through the analysis and exposition method,it is determined that SQ Company should enhance the importance of overseas market positioning,and then develop new products with high quality and new energy to adapt to the market,improve product identification,and deepen the marketing concept of product plus service.Subdivide the safeguard measures of different customers in the price strategy and diversify the price plan;In the channel management,the author puts forward to strengthen the examination of the access and exit of the channel to improve the competitiveness of the whole channel.At the same time,in the process of the implementation of optimization measures,it is proposed that SQ company should pay attention to strengthening innovative marketing team,supporting diversified financial plan support,establish brand promotion and enhance the consciousness of crisis public relations and a series of safeguard measures in overseas marketing activities.
