The air duct is an indispensable part of modern architecture,such as the ventilation equipment inside the building and the ventilation duct of large-scale central air conditioning,which are widely used.The manufacturing industry of air duct production equipment is also booming,but with the continuous maturity of technology and increasingly fierce competition in the industry,in the process of equipment development,enterprises need to give products special modeling and style image to shape and spread unique brand image,and gradually form a brand and series of product style.At present,some enterprises lack the systematic design method of brand establishment and brand continuity in product modeling design,and the evaluation of experience and intuition can not meet the design needs of products.The deficiency of this design method,on the one hand,causes certain economic loss to the design and development of enterprises,on the other hand,it seriously damages the brand image of enterprises due to the difference of product modeling.In this context,the research of brand continuity design method has gradually become an effective way to enhance the product identification and brand competitiveness of enterprises.In order to enhance the commercial value of the brand products of the air duct equipment,enhance the brand recognition and the continuity of the brand products,this paper puts forward the ecological chain modeling design method of the brand products of the air duct equipment,analyzes the elements of the brand product modeling design with the algorithmic thinking,so as to obtain the modeling design scheme quickly and effectively.First of all,extract and compare the brand gene of enterprises,establish the mapping model of product modeling gene and brand image gene by using the method of perceptual engineering,and establish the brand image evaluation system,select the modeling design elements that meet the development direction of enterprises to guide the design of enterprise products.Secondly,the interactive genetic algorithm is used to select,cross and mutate the design elements to recombine the brand gene,generate new design scheme for secondary evaluation,and decode and generate new scheme if it meets the requirements.Secondly,using the experimental animation modeling transformation method,the brand continuity level model is established to plan and predict the later extension of brand products.Finally,the design practice of the project is carried out.It has realized the expression of brand gene with strong continuity and achieved good results.The rationality and practicability of the design method are proved,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and development of similar products.Mechanical and electrical brand is a kind of "life body" with independent existence meaning.Driven by the brand image expected by consumers,this paper uses interactive genetic algorithm to recombine the non-standard equipment modeling feature form,which can dynamically monitor the gene recombining way that is more consistent withthe user's expected brand image in the process of product iteration.At the same time,new content is added to the changing image to endow it with new content The richer connotation is more conducive to the continuation of the corporate brand image,making the final plan to create a more attractive brand image,effectively improving the market competitiveness of mechanical and electrical enterprises,and also providing a feasible method for the brand gene continuation of air duct equipment enterprises.
