Study On The Strategy Of Safeguarding The Outer Environment Security Of Buildings In Changsha Old Residential Quarters

With the rapid economic development,China's urbanization has achieved fruitful results,but due to the unique complexity and diversity of the city also breeds a variety of criminal behavior,and the building's external environment is the main part of people's daily life and rest.Places,therefore,the security of the residential community has become a focus of attention.In the existing residential communities in China,older communities built in the 1980 s and early 21 st century accounted for a large proportion,and this part of the old residential communities was designed to address the resettlement of residents and ease housing tensions due to their early design.The pressure is not enough to consider the security of the external environment of the building.Therefore,over time,this type of residential community is gradually unable to keep up with the high demand of people in modern society for the living environment.The article,through the collation and analysis of defense security related theories at home and abroad,based on architecture,learns from relevant theories and research results of criminal psychology,environmental behaviors,criminal environment,and other disciplines,to defend space theory,The theory of environmental design crime prevention and urban "easy crime" space theory are the theoretical support for field research on the security of the external environment of the three old residential communities in Changsha.This article analyzes the spatial morphological characteristics of the external environment and crimes in the old residential quarters in Changsha,sums up the factors affecting the external environment security of buildings in the old residential quarters in Changsha,and then puts forward corresponding defense security reform strategies.The article tried to improve the quality of people's living environment by improving the material environment of existing old residential buildings and improving the adverse physical environment into a behavioral environment that meets people's psychological security needs.This is an old residential area in Changsha.The transformation of the external environment of the building provides a technical strategy support,and also provides a reference basis for the external environment security design and crime prevention of residential buildings in the future.
