Residential Security Research In Harbin From The Perspective Of Crime Prevention

As the suddenly accelerated urbanization process in China in recent years, it led to a sustained growth and radical change in the trend of crime, so more and more people began to concern about the safety of the living environment. Residential as the carrier for living environment, its security deserved becomes the focus of attention and research. Harbin as the representative of winter city, its special climatic characteristics has a certain influence to the security of residential, so the residential security research in Harbin based on crime prevention is necessary and urgent.This paper has analyzed the preventable crime against property of Harbin residential from the urban planning perspective, and has discussed the impact factors and their corresponding solutions to the security of Harbin residential. This paper has studied the ten sample residential through the way of field research, questionnaire survey and interpretation of analogy etc, and has made the correlated analysis to questionnaires with Excel. The results showed that the shape, space, environment and other element of residential would have a influence to its security, so this paper have analyzed the security issues which current exist on the four elements for the construction of residential in Harbin, and have proposed countermeasures to planning reasonable shape, creating positive space, destructing security environmental and building perfect management system. Finally, this paper has made a transformation of the security with the instance of Minjiang residential, have analyzed the existence of the personality and commonality, and then have extracted the specific methods of theory and practice.Through analysis and discussion, this paper has tried to propose a practical design method to the residential security research in Harbin, and to be the strong support to the construction of safe living environment. I hope this paper could remedy the lack of means of crime prevention in our country, and could provide a reference for the security design of Harbin residential.
