Today,with the rapid development of the construction market,the shear wall high-rise buildings are widely used in the field of high-rise buildings because of their good seismic performance.In the technical code for concrete structures of tall building(JGJ3-2002),the calculation methods,design principles and construction measures of shear walls are detailed.But in actual design,some of the content has not been included,which requires the structural engineer,in the process of design and layout of shear wall structure also need to rely on the idea and experience of designers to.A situation of great concern is.Because there is no clear content designers in the specification,the designer in the design progress and safety considerations in the process of structural design of structure design was used in partial arrangement conservative scheme,neglected to some extent in the structure design of economy and rationality.The cost of construction project is the basis of how to compete in the market,and the optimization of the design stage and the control of the cost of the construction project cost can greatly affect the cost of the.This paper takes Liaoning city of Shenyang province HDY project of high-rise shear wall structure as the research object,and the model was used to analyze the widely used structural design of Hangzhou Jianye SATWE software design,inspection results before and after optimization of two schemes(dynamic characteristics,deformation and internal force characteristics)comparative analysis and structure,structure the performance and economic performance comparison before and after the effects of shear wall structure optimization design and economical optimization control factors.The structural design method commonly used in the design based on the combination of structure,specifications and technical regulations,technical measures,summed up the key points and optimization design optimization process of high-rise shear wall structure design,the main contents include:1)overview of structure design in plan stage,the stage of preliminary design,construction drawing design stage in structure design and optimization design of the key points,and optimize the great impact on the construction of economy in the design stage.2)on the structure of the industry use calculation software for analysis,from the calculation of the degree of accuracy,applicability,and convenient operation to consider the project calculation program by SATWE program on the two structure of the program structure calculation.3)based on follow the national standards and rules,to adjust and optimize the layout of shear wall,based on the two program results data comparison and analysis,draws the conclusion that the optimization measures are more reasonable in use,enhances the integrity and seismic performance of high-rise shearwall structure system,and the calculated index the structure layout more reasonable,.4)statistics software of PKPM STAT-S program,statistical comparison,the amount of steel and concrete before and after optimization of two rooms of the building of the data show that the optimized scheme in two aspects of the steel bar and the concrete amount significantly reduces the project cost,in the description of our colleagues in the structural design of the master better and achieve economic and structural safety of balance.
