| With the rapid socio-economic development and living standards rising, residential real estate in China develops rapidly and the demand for housing is greatly increased. Increasingly scarce land supply and land resources in the city, an aging population, public urban living desire strongly, forcing morphology to senior housing development. High-rise residential building becomes the main content of the urban housing construction. How to build high-rise residential on the limited land to optimize its structural performance and economy has become a focus of construction side and the community. The rational and economic design of high-rise residential has become a new stage on residential design exploration for designers.Therefore, based on project real example, the paper investigates the rational structure of the program (layout and structure of the system) to explore the most economical structural system for high-rise residential building. The object of study is the main structure above the floor of the Chancing Spring New Lake phase â…¡8-5#in Jiujiang City. According to the architectural drawing, the paper designs the corresponding leg shear wall structure, short-leg shear wall structure and frame-shear wall structure which using the mansions structure building structures CAD design software in accordance with the current design specification according to the design information. The main content of this study include the following aspects.Firstly, describe the characteristics of the shear wall, short shear wall and frame shear wall structure under the current regulatory requirements and design examples through the data collection and documentation and analyze the structural calculation, construction and other related issues.Secondly, in the same high-rise residential project, use these three structural systems to design the layout. Calculate and analyze the structure and discuss the selection of design parameters based on the current design specifications by using the mansions structure CAD architectural design software analysis program and inputting the overall model of the structural layout. Thirdly, compare different layout system of the same program to select the optimal scheme of arrangement of economic rationality through analysis of designed structure and the comparison of economic indicators.Fourthly, the paper thoroughly analyzes considerable economic optimal frame-shear wall structure and assesses the rationality and economy of the structure. Make recommendations on rationally design for designers and investors to make reference.Fifthly, changing the engineering intensity and comparing the program of different structural systems in7degree area to select the optimal solution of the structural system relative economic.Lastly, Take the optimal structure of the program in Six Degrees earthquake areas as an example, use the SAP2000finite element analysis software to do the rare earthquake time history analysis, to determine whether the structure can meet structure design concept of "do not fall in rare earthquake". |
