In this paper, the research results at home and abroad for shear wall structure, starting from the shear wall structure design theory, summarizes the current classification of different forms and characteristics of shear wall structure; Secondly, the force binding characteristics and design theory, construction requirements, a detailed summary of the conceptual design, the design process as well as a variety of indicators in the design of high rise structures need to control and determine the structure of the actual engineering design; then describes in detail the characteristics of the finite element software and SATWE software applications with high rise design advantages, through modeling analysis of the actual project, explained the meaning and select the software pre-main design parameters of the input stage, analyzes the important structural design of the control indicators displacement ratio, cycle than the layer just ratio. Finally, the paper design of high-rise residential shear wall structure are summarized, and the development of shear wall structure with future recommendations.Anyway, According to cut force wall structure of by force features, pursuant to structure concept design principles for guide, through structure design software on engineering model of repeatedly debugging, using structure design theory on results appropriate of, and reasonable of, and in-depth of analysis and according to specification recommends take reasonable properly of constructed measures, on can design out has good appearance within appearance, and good using features, and good seismic performance and the good economic performance of senior building structure. The conclusion of this article for similar reference.
