| At present,a large part of the commercial residential development is high-rise housing,in which the shear wall structure housing is more than 72%.Therefore,the design of high-rise shear wall structure residence is particularly important.Economic and reasonable design is always the goal pursued by developers and designers.It is of great significance to meet the needs of the market.Taking concrete engineering as an example,based on the common structural layout schemes of design units,this paper makes a further analysis on the structural layout of shear walls in high-rise residential buildings.The following are the main contents of this paper:(1)Expatiate the research background and significance of this paper,and discuss in detail the development of common shear wall structure system and other related theories through different theoretical documents;The seismic analysis methods and software involved in this paper are introduced systematically.(2)Taking the high-rise residential buildings in Lanhu County,Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province as an example(the seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees,the first scheme is the original structural construction drawing of the design unit,and the second is the layout scheme of the large open shear wall structure(under the premise of guaranteeing the bearing capacity,Reducing the stiffness of the middle shear wall to strengthen the outer frame,reducing the number of the shear wall arrangement and reducing the distribution rate of the wall and realizing the expansion of the indoor space,the third scheme is the short leg shear wall structure layout scheme,which is calculated and analyzed by using PKPM software.In view of this practical project,the comprehensive performance is the layout scheme of the structure of the two-large open space shear wall,and then the elastic time-history analysis method is used to analyze the response of the three schemes under different seismic waves.(3)By using the Midas structural design software,the static elastic-plastic analysis is carried out for the layout scheme of the large-open shear wall structure,which has a better response,and its response under the action of the strong earthquake is obtained,which provides a reference for the structural optimization.(4)As part of Jiangxi Province earthquake intensity of 7 degrees(0.1g),make adjustments to the layout of the structure,elastic and elastoplastic analysis using finiteelement analysis software,combined with the scheme of arrangement of shear walls considering the optimal economic performance.At the end of the high-rise residential rarely made suggestions to strengthen the earthquake action,in order to provide reference for practical engineering design. |
